SPL Division Races
As the SPL goes into Week-14 now more than ever the pretenders will be separated from the contenders. Teams that have dominated all season may have peaked too soon. Others may have dug holes to deep to get out of no matter how well they finish. A few perhaps may just be the new cream of the SPL crop.

NFC SOUTH
Panthers (10-2) loss to (7-5) Niners opens up the race for the number one seed. Squaring up against (9-3) Jacksonville, are the Panthers finally feeling some heat?

Saints (7-5) beat Tampa (5-7) in a last second squeaker, but in reality Tampa beat themselves with a fumble on game sealing final drive. Line up against Atlanta (5-7) next. Can the Saints steal a playoff spot?

NFC EAST
Dallas (9-3) meets Detroit (8-4) a must win for Washington is breathing down on Dallas' back.

Washington (8-4) thumped those formally steakish Bills, turning the pressure up in the division. Up next the Skins line up against the (1-11) Bears who have eyes on playing spoiler.

NFC NORTH
Vikings (8-3) dominated by the Lions (8-4) are not only fighting for the division, but their playoff life. Up next face the winners of six in a row (7-5) Niners who went from bust to perhaps the best in the NFC. This game is the NFC 'Game of the Week'.

The Lions (8-4) has eyes on the division, only three weeks ago they seemed to have quit. Now face the Cowboys (9-3) can the Lions continue their run through the best of the league?

NFC WEST
The Rams (8-4) line up against New Orleans (7-5) with a threat now aproaching fast this is a must win.
San Francisco (7-5) winners of six in a row, have Minnesota (8-4) next. Both teams are battling for playoff position. Difference one is on upswing other is on downslide.

AFC EAST
Miami (10-2) with the Bills (8-4) in second can secure the division with a win here.
Buffalo (8-4) is in a "Must Win" position. They must win against Miami to stay in division race. This game is the AFC 'Game of the Week'.

AFC NORTH
Baltimore (7-5) continues to play down to opponnets have a team in Indy (6-6) who are fighting to stay relevant. Can the best team in the SPL's worst division get back to playoff football?

AFC SOUTH
Jacksonville (9-3) have a pissed off Panthers(10-2) team up next. Is this a potential SPL Bowl preview?

AFC WEST
Denver (12-0) squeaked by a Raiders team (3-9) play another "second division" team. Has Denver peaked too soon?

Chargers (8-4) get the Titans (2-10) seems San Diego is praying the Broncos lose focus down the stretch.
